that offers combination rides, special events and training opportunities.

The schedule in The Body Shop is updated quarterly to continue
to offer the latest alternative formats as well as the tried
and true traditional classes. Please reference the What's
Up Calendar for specially scheduled classes including Belly
Dancing, Hula and Tahitian Dance, BOSU Balance training, Ski
Conditioning, Flexibility Series and others as they come available. |

art combine their own energy with their partners energy to practice
and perform different techniques. |

for your buck -- it's a one-stop shop! Combine both traditional
hi-low moves with some strength cycles followed by a little
core work and a solid stretch -- that's a total body blast! |
| Boot Camp. For a nominal fee, these personal
trainers coach and encourage you to be all you can be both cordiovascularly
and muscularly using a wide variety of tools, skills and drills!

| CardioKickBox. Power packed, sports specific
training using all four basic punches and three fun-damental
kicks in various drills and combinations. Equipment is optional

| Clubbin' Cardio and ZUMBA. It's time to jam…to
the hottest Club sounds and the hottest Latin sounds. Let the

| Core Control. Combines various pinciples
from yoga, pilates, traditional and assisted stretching for
total body lengthening and core strengthening. Great place to

environment with fantastic music, awesome instructors and simple,

| Hatha Yoga. An excellent place to
start your yoga journey! Hatha yoga is best known in the West
since it focuses primarily on the physical postures and breath.

| Low to Go. . .but high energy…one foot is
in contact with the floor at all times. There's lots of direction
and intensity options as you move your body through space. This
is where it all began! No toys, it's the all you show! |
| Kindercise. Free for the pre-schoolers while
mom and dad get their training in! Detalis are in the Daycare.
Especially for those 2 - 6 years old. A great intro to fun group
activities! |
| Kripalu and Hatha Yoga ® A great opportunity
to go deeper into your yoga practice integrating the physical
postures (asanas) with the breath (pranayama) while exploring
yoga philosophy and cultivating more awareness to prepare for

a rehab activity for knee injuries...This high energy class
uses the Step and combinations that evolve from a march to power
propulsions. The intensity is entirely up to you! |

| All Group Fitness Instructors are Nationally Certified Professionals.
SPRFC is an authorized Spinning facility; Spin instructors are
certified by Mad Dogg Athletics. All instructors are CPR/AED
certified and continue with on-going education. Classes are
instructed for all levels of fitness. Modifications and variations
are always offered. |
