Aerobic Circuit - We're talking quite a bang for your buck -- it's a one-stop shop! Combine both traditional hi-low moves with some strength cycles followed by a little core work and a solid stretch -- that's a total body blast!
Aikido - Practitioners of this Japanese martial art combine their own energy with their partners energy to practice and perform different techniques.
Boot Camp - Our trainers coach and encourage you to be all you can be both cordiovascularly and muscularly using a wide variety of tools, skills and drills! Get back to the basics and watch your progress!
Cardio KickBox - Power packed, sports specific training using all four basic punches and three fun-damental kicks in various drills and combinations. Equipment is optional -- Can you say Cardio Ka-Pow?
Core Control - Combines various pinciples from yoga, pilates, traditional and assisted stretching for total body lengthening and core strengthening. Great place to practice yoga and pilates principles and improve balance.
Clubbin' Cardio - It's time to jam…to the hottest Club sounds. Let the grooves move you, the lights are down and the room is rockin'. It's dancin' mixed with squatin' 'n lunge-in…now that's a workout!
Fat-Free Step - Based on what step training was intended to be - low impact, moderate to high intensity, accessible to all populations, fun and with a low risk of injury! Originally a rehab activity for knee injuries…Step training is 20 years strong because it works!
Group Power® - This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all major muscles is an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music, awesome instructors and simple, athletic movements! Score!
Hatha Yoga ® - A great opportunity to go deeper into your yoga practice integrating the physical postures (asanas) with the breath (pranayama) while exploring yoga philosophy and cultivating awareness. 75 minutes.
Low to Go - . . .but high energy…one foot is in contact with the floor at all times. There's lots of direction and intensity options as you move your body through space. This is where it all began! No toys, it's the all you show!
Power Pilates® - Instructors teach the exercises and principles created by Jospeh Pilates through a classical, systematic and integrative approach. The method allows the body to heal, balance and change naturally through movement. It's all about awareness
Resist-a-Ball ® - One stop shop! 20/20/20 Cardio/strength/core-flexibility using the Resist-a-Ball, dumbells, bands and/or body bars for a resistance and balance challenge! A simply ir-Resist-a-Ball treat!
Pam Blum, ACE and Power Pilates System Level I Certified Instructor offers both private or semi-private lessons open mat classes.
   Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen the body's core muscles - the abdominals, hips and back muscles. Pelvic stability, abdominal control and postural integrity are developed while improving flexibility, joint mobility and strength.
We are home to Aikido of Annapolis, the only Aikido Club between Baltimore and Washington. Currently offering classes as part of our Group Fitness Program, our members have the opportunity to join these classes as part of their membership and gain proficiency in this unique martial art.
   Aikido is an art involving throws and joint locks that are derived from Jujitsu and other throws and techniques derived from Kendo, the “Way of the Sword”. Aikido places great emphasis on motion and the dynamics of movement. There are no attacks in Aikido! Training takes place in a relaxed and joyful environment under the guidance of a skilled Sensei.

  With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

All Group Fitness formats include three phases:
 • Gradual thermal warm up.
 • Cardio phase targeting specific heart rate training zones, or in the case of muscular strength and endurance based classes, targeting appropriate muscle groups.
 • Cool down segment that stretches the muscles and relaxes participants before closing.
